Meet Elise!
Elise DeCleva excels at cultivating relationships to build a solid foundation for developing marketing and public relations campaigns for her clients. She has 26 years’ experience working with clients in the commercial real estate, construction and oil and gas industries as well as nonprofit organizations.
Elise has particular expertise in media relations, launching new commercial real estate companies and coordinating award entries such as Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence, to name a few.
Prior to forming her own business, Elise was the Director of Development for The Real Estate Council. She oversaw all aspects of marketing, event planning, media relations and membership programs. Elise also planned and executed TREC's largest fundraisers, FightNight and Fall Gala, raising $1.6 million for The Real Estate Council Foundation.
Elise was an account executive at Gallier & Wittenberg, Inc. where she implemented marketing and media relations strategies for clients including Kennedy-Wilson, Colliers International, Post Properties, and Cushman & Wakefield of Texas. Elise received a “Best in Texas” Award from the Texas Public Relations Association for the promotional program she created for Denton Factory Stores, an outlet mall owned by Hunt Properties.
As Community Relations Coordinator at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC), Elise planned and executed large-scale events such as the White Rock Marathon and Tartan Golf Classic. Elise also planned donor appreciation dinners throughout Texas, Board of Trustee events and celebrity visits to the hospital.
Elise has forged a solid network of local and national media, community and industry contacts. Her work has led to client coverage in a variety of local and national publications including, Dallas Business Journal, Bisnow, The Dallas Morning News, DCEO, Commercial Property Executive, GlobeSt., National Real Estate Investor, Commercial Mortgage Alert, Shopping Center Business and Crittenden. She has also worked with national real estate and financial organizations such as ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, MBA, IREM, SIOR and CREW.
